Roulette puzzle

To avoid being poorer I need to win 4 times. The expected number of wins is a little less than 3, with a decent amount of variability. I guess 75 - 90%.

Naming it a "3 strikes and your out" strategy when you move on regardless of the outcomes of the 3 pitches mangles the concept of strike pretty badly.
