Another solution, which is what I implicitly used when I devised my own system of hand recording, is to write the destination points in the same order as the dice. That is, 32TE would mean to use the 3 to move to the T and the 2 to move to the E, whereas 32ET would mean to use the 3 to move to the E and the 2 to move to the T.
