My opponents will often misplay 32Z-11, 32Z-64, and even 32Z-43 and 32Z-44.

Shock value and misplays on average have to make up for .012, give or take. If you're playing someone who misplays 32Z-11 (esp. how I think you mean they misplay it) or 32Z-44 then they're going to make tons of misplays regardless of the opening one chosen and 32D would be the most likely to net the most and biggest immediate misplays.

32Z-64 gets anyone who isn't a seasoned player. I still see nearly everyone trip on 52S-64 so 32Z-64 is bound to be just as bad. 32Z-43 doesn't cost much when weighing in.

I was also replying to Donkey Kong, aka MCG, when replying to you, since he asked for all kinds of openings that I never see like 62R, 62$, 63R, and even 43S.
