Prime Time revisited at score with cube

Perhaps you wrote your post before seeing Neil's post (setting me straight) and my response
I saw them but I think the points I raised were somewhat different.
But about Snowie's cube handling in match play rollouts -- I was also not aware that Snowie does not cube in rollouts ATS.
In the simple position below, after White plays 3-1 Blue has a double for money but not at the score. Would someone please verify (by rolling out White's the 3-1 play 3/off 1/off) that in the rollout Snowie incorrectly doubles for Blue after the play?
The score (after 0 games) is: White 0, Blue 5 (match to 7 points)
Move number 5: White to play 31
White 11
Blue 4 Position ID: DwAAoBIAAAAAAA Match ID: MIHlAAAAKAAA
White's equity for 3/off 1/off should be -0.1204 = 14.402%, says Gnubg, using the Snowie MET.
