How best to store reference positions?

I print my match errors over .03 and other interesting positions on dead trees and put them in a three ring binder. I do two pages, position and then rollout on page two. During lunch, breaks, etc. I go over the errors and decide if I want to change the position slightly and redo the rollout. They are not categorized in any way. I have been considering doing this in a database but I have too much going on right now. I am currently on book 8 of my errors...
