This is a fundamental position that everyone most know. When opener plays two checkers off of the mid-point, the slotting response is best with 21, 41 and 51. This is true of all combinations of down moves with 2,3,4 & 5. Note how most hitting fours will be duplicated with point making numbers after slotting.

When this concept is well understood, one should be able to get the following position correct, avoiding the whopping .060 error I usually see here. Note how understanding of one opening position aids with the understanding of other openings positions.
