I read a survey a few months back that stated that over 90% of the worlds scientists and doctors are athiest or agnostic.

This sounds high to me, especially as doctors are included.

In my limited experience, most physicists are areligious, or in the least keep their religious beliefs to themselves.

A (physicist) friend of mine used to go to church occasionally. It always occurred after a relationship had ended and he was in the market. He told me church was a great place to pick up chicks. I kid you not -- that's what he said!
