Right... I heard one guy describe Petkos chouette play thusly:

I take, I take, I take, I take. No matter what the position is. Then the bums stumble bum it home and he gets plenty of extra equity from the position that the bots would not give him. Also, subsequent cube handling, (arguably the most laughable aspect of ANY chouette), gives him even more bang for his buck... He just lets people hand him equity and he doesn't care where it comes from, but he can't get any of it if he is sitting on the sidelines!

Petko loves to play for money, but I hate it. To each his own, I guess!

I am sure you are right that he didn't try to play backgames against Neil, Neil is just so lucky he hits every blot you leave so sometimes you have to!
