For me it's between 13/7 and 24/22, 13/9. OtB I would choose the simple 13/7. Fewer shots, quite a bit of duplication, more ways to cover if not hit. Moving up would be nice but doesn't seem necessary, since his threat to prime doesn't seem all that menacing yet.
