First look is 24/20, 13/11. This gives you a builder thats out of direct hit range to any of white's checkers, but is a 6 away from making your 5 pt.
My second choice is 13/9 13/11. This is a pretty aggressive attempt to finish up your prime and hopefully get a huge lead on white early. If he doesn't hit the blot on 9, you have alot of shots to cover it.
24/22 24/20 seems redundant to me and overly safe, once again with the Jacoby rule in effect, I tend to play more aggressive than normal since I won't be hurt by a gammon as I can just drop the cube if I'm that far behind.
24/18 has potential, but again, it's too safe for me in this position. I've got a good offense, I want to continue working on it.
24/20 13/11 is my final call allows you to work on offense and split your runners.
