Several choices here; make opponents bar, make your own five, or hit and make blue's four point anchor. I think the 18 point is not so much better than the 21 point (if at all), so 13/7* 24/21 (point and hit) looks better than 24/18 21/18 (only point). The 11/5 8/5 is also good, but it leaves an unflexible position at the front, and it doesn't work on both sides of the board. I'll play 24/21 13/7*.
