Ergonomic Scoreboard?

I am "scoreboard-dexterity-challenged". I'd say 75% of the time I attempt to flip the scoreboard 1,2, or hopefully 4 points ahead, I have difficulty...can't quite land on the right score, don't have the dexterity to thread the needle and flip the damn thing to the right score easily. I admit it, I suck at flipping scorecards.

So where can I get one that's easy to flip? I find that the paper/cardboard ones are the most non-ergonomic.. I have a vague recollection of a more durable metallic-like (or perhaps teflon/heavy plastic-like) heavy-duty scoreboard that might just fit the bill.

Any suggestions? And please don't answer unless you're willing to truly label the thing ergonomic with conviction.
