I know what all of you are thinking, 'Of course you are Stick, why would you even bother posting such obvious obviousness?!' For many reasons, first and foremost I just used 'obvious obviousness' in a sentence and it made sense. That's a once in a lifetime happening. Second, I have waited the minimum 5 years to have a look at our how my/our thoughts have panned out. To be clear, the last thing I want to do on BGO is actually talk politics so nobody even turn the car in that direction but Phil sent myself and unknown others an email just over 5 years ago asking the following questions:

  1. That Trump will not be running for President in 2020?

  2. That Trump will spend time in prison before he dies?

  3. That the next President will be a Democrat?

  4. That one or both of Trump’s sons will go to jail?

  5. That Trump will still be married to Melania in 5 years?

And here are my answers.

  1. As phrased, 0%. (see, I did offer up some odds). He’s already running for president for 2020. Now, to the question you meant to ask, it’s still almost a certainty that he isn’t impeached, die, etc.. before that time when people actually vote.

  2. You said prison and not jail, which generally speaking, if he went to trial and was found guilty of things that come up would lend themselves to prison. However, Trump pays people off. He’s done it over 100x already, settling out of court. That combined with him being what will be at the time an ex president, highly unlikely he’ll ever go to prison.

  3. Personally I believe Trump’s a dog but the odds show him as an ever so slight favorite. So the democrats are around 50-50 I guess. It would help if they had a firm candidate selected to run and got shit moving.

  4. I don’t care about these people.

  5. Highly likely. Esp. If he gets re-elected.

Phil simply replied to my reply saying he disagreed with me on several and he'd save the emails and we'd see. Time to pipe with the piper! As far as I can tell I'm batting a thousand when I took a swing.
