Taper_Mike (Mike Mannon) and the Nactation Tutorial

I haven't heard of anyone hearing of Mike Mannon -- whose handle here was "Taper_Mike" -- for several years. If anyone has contact info or a lead, please let me know.

I'm preparing to update the Nactation Tutorial. Mike Mannon did a terrific job with formatting it in 2013. If I can't locate Mike, I'll be content with a basic format (I don't need the bells and whistles), but even so I'll need help. Not with writing, just with posting, and possibly with reformatting tips.
