Does XG's definition of PR annoy you?

It annoys me that XG takes the average error and multiplies by 500 to get the PR. WTF? Why 500? Why not 1000? If we multiplied by 1000, then the PR would represent the average number of millipoints lost per decision. Now we're somehow stuck with this stupid definition.
