Which advantage do you choose? Part 2

Choice 1: In first game of an 11 point match you will win the opening roll with a 31.

Choice 2: Once in the match at the start of a game (before opening dice are thrown) other than the first game you may call a 31 opening roll for yourself.

Beyond which is chosen I would be interested in estimates of by how much.
