Stick should be warned or even penalized for intentional unsportsmanlike conduct.

This would be quite the fine line to walk. Now if too many of someone's rolls end up in or on top of checkers they'll get a penalty? Sounds problematic. One way to fix that is to make it so dice on top of checkers don't count as valid rolls lol
