Amazing how so many players can't shake their dice. Especially some Open players.

Agreed. It's baffling.

I just don't see any downside to it. (using a baffle box)

I do as I've pointed out before. First, as someone who knows how to shake and roll it takes some of the enjoyment out of the game for me. I'm always happy to have anyone that is part of the tournament committee randomly judge my rolling technique to figure out if I should be using a baffle box. I shouldn't so why should I have to? If my opponent wants to use one that's fine, I never have any problem with that.

Second, if you're watching or especially streaming a match it is nothing less than infuriating to having a baffle box in play. If you're online with a delay or switching between screens every time you come back to watch you never have any easy idea of whose turn it is if the dice are sitting on the board. If there is a clock in play and if I can see said clock then I can figure out quickly who is on roll but that is rarely the case.
