OK, maybe Ken's observation here was stretching things slightly. But, apart from the fact that this form of cocked dice is common to old and new rule alike, how often does this kind of 'close decision' occur? Crucially, when - upon close inspection - are both parties not able to decide with a surety whether or not the die is leaning against the side wall?

His statement is not as exaggerated as Phil's 'no cocked dice with a baffle box'. And even that is not far from the truth.
