In Response To: This rookie tournament director's opinion (Barry Silliman)

It may be an issue of semantics, but my brain doesn't consider a die to be "at rest" on one or more checkers if it is actively being supported by a wall.

Similar, I suppose to how a die may come to stop on an angle against a wall and may well be settled, but would still be considered cocked.
