How long to reroll?

"On my board (a Zavoral with flat checkers) I found that a "flat die" scenario arose only about once every 2 games. "

Suppose it is an 11 pointer. I will guess it takes about 12 games on average. Since you and opponent would waste at least 2 minutes every match rerolling (http://www.bgonline.org/forums/webbbs_config.pl?read=196574) that means it takes approximately 20 seconds for a reroll to occur. Something seems to be off.
