Are the dice cocked or in each of my examples?

I was the TD at Monday's meeting. I didn't know how I'd rule, so I took pictures and posted my question to this forum. Thus far, I've been attacked for "rehashing an old topic", but no one has told me whether the dice are cocked or not.
