Would the advocates for the new rule state how they would rule Ken's two examples?

Well I've been running a local club for 17 years and have run four ABT tournaments and I can recall being asked to rule on a valid dice roll maybe once or twice over the years at the local club and never at the four ABT tournaments.

Bill said he was asked for a ruling "only" five times in San Antonio. Granted, some of this may be due to the learning curve, but, still, five requests for a ruling seems like a lot to me.

For those who are saying it isn't a big deal or worth getting lathered about, they are correct- until an ambiguous situation comes up at a critical juncture in the late rounds of a $5,000 or $3,000 entry fee event.
