Illegal moves rules in other games

There are, I think, a lot more moves per minute in BG than elsewhere. So inevitably we all make occasional illegal moves without intending to cheat and indeed sometimes to our disadvantage. I would like to see the director penalising players who are constantly making illegal moves but not a penalty every time.
