I thought I had all BMAB matches in the database (500+) but when you mention 76 matches from Frank Simon I am no longer so sure (I only found 29 in the database). I'll check these again and upload the missing ones. I suspect I forgot to go through the individual application section.

Yes I don't expect it to be 100% accurate as there isn't enough matches to get a really good overview.

As for those matches that I receive; Just send me some matches where players on the list sucked and it will average itself out! :-) If someone has refused the publication of any match I can confront them with the option to publish it anyway or get removed from the list.
