I'm not sure I understand the title, but whatever...

Blue has a clear lead in position, race, and threats. Normally, that's D/P, but with the four point anchor white can probably hang in there for a while and not be gammoned all that often, so I'm going to say Take here, despite not meeting the PRAT criteria.

Market losers? I think having a fourth checker sent back would do it and that's more than enough to ship it. And it's a good practical double since some will pass.
