I'm pretty sure that I would have passed this cube immediately over the board. Hence, my original decision: Pass
But if Blue can't hit White's blot on the 19-point, he might get some difficulties in scrambling his rear checkers home. White's game plan is then to rebuild her 6-point quickly and to attack Blue's back checkers keenly. By means of rethinking this position, and a potential quiz factor, and Neil's analyzis I would tend to take the cube. Admittedly, too many assistance factors :-)

By the way, this position is very interesting because it belongs to a certain type of beguiling positions. Things seem to be desperate from an optical (visual) point of view. But when someone starts to rationalize seriously, he/she may come to the conclusion that the original decision was an optical illusion. I should start to collect those position, since I misplay them far too often...
