To answer hominid's question, I think it's a mistake to fixate solely on the question of what the top play is. What I find interesting here are the equity differences. For example, it seems that 10/7 is almost as far behind 6/5 6/4 as 6/5 6/4 is behind 10/8 6/5.
I haven't done this but it might be interesting to find a score where the different options here straddle the take/pass borderline (assuming a centered cube).
