Rule 4.6

From the suggested ABT rules posted at ChicagoPoint.
4.6 PREMATURE ACTIONS. The opponent of a player who rolls prematurely shall complete his turn and then either let the premature roll stand or require a reroll. The opponent of a player who doubles prematurely shall complete his turn and then pass or take.
The language here is clear. Rule 4.6 describes a player who cubes during an opponent's turn. It says nothing about a cubing on your own turn (after rolling). To me, the statement,"The opponent of a player who doubles prematurely shall complete his turn," unequivocably implies that the player in question has already begun his turn. I know some may argue the point (after all, this is an Internet forum), but I don't see how someone can complete something that has not been started.
