In Response To: Rule changes (niuniuch)

Can somebody come up with a position and roll where the best play depends on which rule is in effect, Rule 1 or Rule 2 below?

[If you can play either number of a roll but not both, then Rule 1 says "you must play the larger number" and Rule 2 says "you may play either number."]
