Rule changes

I have studied and written and re-written rules for many years for several different games and sports.
I don't believe any rule of any game should be changed unless it clearly improves the game in some way. And that improvement should be significant or it's just not worth the trouble to try to get the entire world to change. Why the entire world? Because splintered rules is confusing and bad for the game.
I don't see your recommendations meeting this criteria.
Also some of your changes would require changes in software and how we measure skill and PR and would require massive changes. So even if it were a real improvement to the game, it is a quite difficult one to institute.
Now, I am all for variations to be played privately and as side events and play many and have recommended many. And I have proposed rule changes to the game, but none that change the basic play of the game (except possibly legal moves which was certainly not my idea) but all of my (and Jeb and Chuck's) rules simply clarified ambiguous and poorly written rules to attempt to reduce misunderstandings and conflict
