GNU Backgammon 1.05.000 (July 25, 2015) Released for MS Windows

If you want dice from random.org then you would need 1.05.000 and higher. for the time being there likely isn't any reason to upgrade if you don't use that option. Someone on the mailing list suggested that the new builds do run faster than the older ones. Not sure how much improvement since I haven't done any studies.

If you choose to upgrade just download the install program on the site, when the installer sees you have an older version it will ask you if you wish to uninstall the older one - select "Yes". If it finds preferences already on your computer it asks you if you want to delete them - select "No".
