I'm not seeing nine market losers, so I'd take a shake and see what happens.

Remember you're only supposed to use the 9 market losing sequences when it's a centered cube and a normal score. This is far from a normal score. It doesn't mean you can't still look at marking losing sequences to get an idea of what's going on with the position but O'Hagan's Law shouldn't be strictly applied at non normal scores.
