2nd anchor or a good blocking point?

I don't normally respond to questions on positions, but this one looked clear: I take the second, better anchor. I don't like the configuration of back chequers after 13/9, and looking at how blacks 6's play, I see little downside to not making the 9 point. Blacks 65 plays a fair bit worse after making the nine, but everything else looks fine. Now I check the bot!
