In Response To: ruling in the Nordic Open SJ (winfox)

The last tourney I attended must be the wrong side of a decade ago, but I understood even at that time - briefly, with or without rules - that the winning player (or the person reporting a result) should produce evidence in the form of a score sheet.

Don't know where you play(ed), but I've never seen or even heard of this practice. It's possible (foggy memory) that I have played at an event somewhere in history where the match loser was to confirm the result being reported by match winner, but if so it was only once, and many (>= 10) years ago.
