In a single match it can amount to much more than 0.3. I don't know the overall effect it would have on one's average PR but match to match it can have a huge influence. There are times I play against weaker players and by making the correct decisions to maximize my match winning chances they actually outplay me per the reported XG PR. Unlike Phil, I'll happily debate if it's the right strategy or not because it is when applied properly. Therein lies the bitch of it of course.
