I haven't seen Mochy, Neil Kaz, MCG, Falafel or Gus or Jonas or whoever with a "real" record of success, using head-phones. And exactly these guys should come forward and regulate this game, like it is in chess

You also haven't seen any of these guys come forward and say they think headphones should be banned have you? Just because they don't use them doesn't mean they aren't pro headphones. I normally don't like comparing bg and poker but this situation seems legit enough. In both games you sit around at a table for hours at a time unable to control the noise that goes on around you. Guess what you will find if you Google search? Pictures of Gus, Phil (Ivey), Negreanu, Hellmuth, and countless others wearing headphones.

There are a couple reasons you probably haven't seen some of the players mentioned wear headphones. First, Falafel, are you even serious? How is Falafel going to deride his opponent's plays in real time if he's wearing headphones? How is he going to talk to the crowd that watches him play? Some other players I don't see as 'music people'. If you don't overly enjoy music to begin with it's a lot less likely that wearing headphones will be attractive to you.
