You may not be aware, but board reading software would be a small revolution in live backgammon. The opportunities would be tremendous, and I am certain that many of us would love to take advantage of it. Please do continue to work on it.

Perhaps you could crowd-code it? Break it up into segments, and see if there any developer types that could assist here?
