All caps within' a post to force people to take more notice of a word or passage is just fine as is bold, italics, and the rest of the lot. When it is the subject line of a thread though (where bold, italics, and the rest can't be used) it does come off as screaming. It's just too loud when every word is capitalized. If you don't believe me, read my reply to this post and tell me which one is harder on your eyes. (ears) It has 'always' been this way.
