The 8% is from your post, and the 0.3-0.35 is the estimate fraction of the games that will end with the cube on 2 (after cubing now). So I'd get a 26.5-27.5% take point, with some rounding.

Not that this is the way I'd do it OTB, but if you want to make a calculation, this seems reasonable (but not rigorous).
