Suggested Idea for Performance Grading

A known average error rate or pr can be used to estimate elo rating and expected win rate against another opponent over a given match length, so allows predictability of performance.

Maximum or minimum PR can only predict maximum or minimum performance, so there is unnecessary variance built in.
