The most common form of poker - Texas Hold 'em is 100% luck. You get two cards, five cards are dealt face up, and whoever has the best hand wins. There's no skill in that at all.

Of course, I've neglected the betting part, and there's a tremendous amount of skill there. Knowing odds, reading your opponents, and keeping your opponent from reading you. I don't play the game myself since I haven't bothered to learn the odds, and I doubt I will since I'll still suck at the other two.
