Unless you are in the last roll position, you don't double just because you are inside your theoretical doubling window. Doubling now looses the ability to use the cube later. Doubling now gives more opportunities to your opponent to use the cube later. As a rule of thumb, you should not double holding games with low gammon rates until you have 70 percent win rate. Your double is also bad because you cannot lose your market on the next exchange of rolls. If She Has A Take Next roll, Why Double now?
