I've found that from certain browsers—those that don't implement Flash and/or are slightly out of date—the Flash doesn't activate and it's easy to comment. (In fact I've never managed to comment successfully from a browser that could run Flash.)

Interesting. I tried turning off Flash and I couldn't comment at at all. The site is set up to run both with and without, so I'll give it another try and see.
