Everyone agrees on the need to try to advance the anchor. How about 42U, slotting both points?

White has few spares, so will probably have to break a point to hit. U gives the best chance to anchor after a loose hit, ensures coverage of the 8 point should White break it, any gets both men in sight of the outfield.
