Anchor or Point?

I have heard it said that either 5pt is better than either 4pt. This may be the counterexample.

Yellow has lost the priming battle. Black is poised to make his 4pt or 7pt. Here is a great chance to build an anchor against that. Yellow may not get another opportunity.

BTW: It looks like the board setup is flipped around. Yellow should have 5 checkers on his 6pt rather than his 7pt, and the rest of the board reflected similarly.
