My first instinct was 13/10* 11/10, but on further examination that looks too conservative (stronger board, anchored, behind in race). So then I looked at 13/10*/9, 11/10*/7, and 13/10* 6/5. (Looking for QF plays, I also briefly considered 13/10* 21/20 and 8/5 6/5 but almost instantly rejected them.) In the end I decided I liked 13/10*/9. 13/10* 6/5 looks like the QF play but I would not play it OTB. I would guess that 13/10* 11/10 is close.

Snua mentioned 13/10* 8/7, which I failed to consider. I wouldn't play it even with QF, but perhaps it's not so bad.
