How should Blue play 31?

Nack¸’s innocent little question is dripping with quiz factor!

Over the board, I would hit, and then resist the temptation to button up. Sliding down to to the 9pt, d (down) = 13/10*/9, would be my play. Making the 10pt is probably not bad, but it does not work well with a made 4pt.

Given the QF, my guess is that the correct play is N (Near) = 13/10*, 6/5. My second QF choice is A (Attack) = 8/5, 6/5. Whatever play is right, I presume it is not close.
