bgLog has the potential to assist with this problem. It ticks some of the boxes - transcribes games and presents backgammon board diagrams without requiring images or video.

I'll look into what would be required to set up a dynamic website where the content is provided directly by whomever is transcribing. Anyone could then simply view the website. Nothing to download or install. Interest ?
