IMO, this one needs some discretion with players new to the clock. Because that is the way you end your turn in non-clocked BG, it is not an easy habit to break when you aren't accustomed to playing with a clock.

I'm willing to cut some slack on this... maybe more warnings, but it's also a behavior that has to be cured. I'm not saying this simply because it's annoying. Part of the reason we want to play with clocks is improved mechanics, and this particular mechanic allows us to never have a dispute over what was actually rolled.
